Starting choices
The legacy material documents four broad combat roles: Warrior (durability), Champion (physical offense), Mage (magic damage) and Priest (healing and support). Their skill details and optimal builds require version-specific sources.
Legacy GodsWar also has Athens and Sparta as starting factions. If you're playing on a particular preserved or community-hosted server, verify its rules directly before choosing.

Avoid mixing editions
A matching class or mechanic name across the two editions does not imply identical requirements, rewards, items or schedules. GodsArena's class switching, Battle Pass and Castle Siege material should not be assumed available in legacy GodsWar.
